This diagram illustrates our church model. We are the WOTCfam and we are located in the City of PSL. WOTCfam represents our membership. The concentric circles surrounding the WOTCfam show the Family Friends and Guests. Then the arrows display the transition between Guests to Family Friend and Family Friend to a WOTCfam member.
When one first visits WOTC they are a Guest. If they continue to come as guest, they eventually and naturally transition to becoming a Family Friend, as shown by arrow (1). This is because through their continued visits, they have become acquainted, familiar, and even develop love and become loved by the WOTCfam. Everyone is more than welcome to stay at this stage of their relationship with the WOTCfam, but are always encouraged to become a member as WOTCfam. This is where the next arrow (2) comes to play. This transition must be much more intentional. The Family Friend must initiate this transition. This is where the Membership checklist must be done.
